How many gifts can I buy?

You can buy as many gifts as you would like. Each set of gifts purchased must be delivered to the same address. If you’d like to buy gifts for loved ones in more than one location, then you just need to create a separate order for them.

When will I receive them?

The personalised cards, each in their own envelope, will be posted together in one larger envelope to the address you supplied. We aim to post cards within one week of your order being placed. 

Emailable certificates will be sent out during Chanukah.

Do you mail overseas?

The recipients need to be based in the UK or Israel. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer it to other countries at the moment. But you can order an emailable certificate by contacting resource@myisraelcharity.org

As the purchaser, you can be based anywhere in the world!

Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes, if you are a UK taxpayer.

Can you mail directly to each recipient?

We want to keep the costs of this campaign to a minimum, so we place all the individually written cards that have the same delivery address in one larger envelope. They can then be handed out to each person as each individual envelope will have their name written on it.

Does all the money go to Myisrael's charities?

Yes. Every penny that you donate will go directly to the charities which Myisrael has partnered with for your gift. Read more about our 100% Promise

Can I only buy it for kids?

Absolutely not. It's the perfect gift for any grown up!

When is the last date I can place my order?

In order to guarantee that the gift cards will arrive in time for the last day of Chanukah, your order must be placed by midday on 30th November 2021. But after this date you can order emailable certificates through the Shopify site. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled, but you can choose an alternative gift in the same price point, within 24 hours of placing your order. You can do this by emailing finance@myisraelcharity.org

What is the cost for the card and delivery?

The first gift in each order is £1.40 and then 90p for each gift thereafter within the same order, up to a maximum of £5. Each new delivery address is a new order. This is in addition to the cost of the gift that you choose
